Please read and understand our terms and conditions before making any bookings. Once you transfer the non-refundable/non transferable retainer fee, you are entering a binding contract.
*It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions, including all payments being made by the specified dates.
Prices are subject to change without notice; old pricing will be honored once 50% deposit has been paid.
PAYMENT TERMS
We will require 50% non-refundable and non-transferable retainer fee (under any circumstances) of the total cost for all bookings to secure the day. Payment is to be made by bank deposit only and must be paid within 48 hours or your time/date may no longer be available.
Final payments is payable either -
· in cash on the day only by prior agreement; or
· bank transfer 14 days prior to your wedding/event date.
TRAVEL AND PARKING FEES
All location work is subject to a minimum $40 Mobile Service Fee per artist. Additional travel fee may apply depending on the distance required to travel.
In the event that any hotel/motel and parking fees are incurred as a result of the location of the appointment, these will be passed on to the client/bride.
Nhi and her team of artists travel nationally and internationally for destination weddings and events. Return flights and accommodation must be paid for + car rental/taxi fee to the venue and back. EARLY MORNING WEDDINGS
An early morning fee will be charged (per stylist, if any) starting from:
- 3am or earlier is $250
- 3am to 4am is $200
- 4am to 5am is $150
- 5am to 6am is $100
- after 6am no charge

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Late fees may apply if client is running 15 minutes late or longer. A $25 upfront fee to our artist will apply for every 15 minutes if you are running late or there is a possibility your appointment will be cancelled with no refunds on your retainer. This fee is payable upfront before the artist starts.
A start and end time will be agreed by bride/client and Nhi Truong. Each service requires a certain length of time to be finished, the usual timeframe is approximately 45mins to 60mins per person per service. Any lateness will slow our job down and may jeopardise the quality of our work or delay the ceremony.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
Please confirm your numbers at the time of booking (i.e. at the time you paid the retainer fee) as we don’t offer any reductions at any time for any services. Should someone in your wedding/group booking cancel at any time they are welcome to be replaced with someone else, e.g. a guest or relative.
If any additional people require makeup or hairstyling or other services on the day, but are not scheduled for an appointment, this is not a problem providing there is time. Payment can be made in cash.
All deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This also applies to weddings/events that have been cancelled due to personal relationship or personal financial problems.
Cancellation of any booking by you must be communicated in writing, by email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this. The complete deposit will be retained by us regardless of notice given due to administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your appointment.
We reserve the right to terminate your booking if at any time for any reason including the day of the event if it is due to client(s)/client’s representatives behavior, actions or inaction that causes distress to the artist. Aggressive behavior, rude or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated by the artist.
In the event that Nhi and her team is unable to perform services for any reason including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc., reasonable accommodations shall be made up to and including a full refund of retainers for services not provided.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the stylist, Nhi and her contractors from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of Force Majeure, Nhi and her team cannot be responsible for acts of nature preventing work being carried out. (Fire, floods, storms, acts of nature, pandemics, government restrictions).
REFUND POLICY
Nhi and team of artists does not offer refunds for any completed services; therefore, if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify the artist(s) whilst on location.
If, for what ever reason, the artist does not show you will be refunded in full.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Nhi or any other artists working with her reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes with your consent.
SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Location of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the artist needs to complete the services. A set up table/work area and chairs needs to be made available for the artist at said location. Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use by the artist if hair is part of the services of the booking. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. Nhi and her artists will not be held liable for any injuries that should arise while on location. Remember to wear a button down shirt or dressing gown so you don’t mess up your style while getting dressed.
